Refunds
Email us at info@eshanikajewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your Order ID, attach clear photos of the product (if damaged), and explain the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange for return pickup or ask you to ship it back.
After inspection, your refund/replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
